ACCELERATOR PEDAL ROD REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  2. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ROD ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the accelerator pedal rod connector.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and accelerator pedal rod assembly.

      Note


      • Avoid physical shock to the accelerator pedal rod assembly.

      • Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal rod assembly.

      • This accelerator pedal does not require lubrication.

        Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal rod assembly.

        If applied, the accelerator pedal rod assembly must be replaced.
