DESCRIPTION

Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) controls the outside handle lights.

PROCEDURE


  1. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING GTS


    1. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the GTS.

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU [MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU] - FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY LH)


    1. Disconnect the G17 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    2. Disconnect the H25 front door outside handle assembly LH connector.

    3. Disconnect the K19 rear door outside handle assembly LH connector.

    4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G17-2 (OHIL) - H25-1 (OIL) Always Below 1 Ω
      G17-2 (OHIL) or H25-1 (OIL) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
