REAR BUMPER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

      Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the rear bumper assembly.

    2. B371088

      Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 rear bumper reinforcement stoppers.

      Remove the 2 clips.

      Remove the clip (A) and clip (B).

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Disengage the 5 claws as shown in the illustration.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

    7. w/ Rear View Monitor System:

      1. B371094

        Disconnect each connector.

      2. Disengage the clamp.

    8. w/o Rear View Monitor System:

      1. B378327

        Disconnect each connector.

      2. Disengage the 2 clamps.

    9. Remove the rear bumper assembly.
