FRONT WIPER MOTOR REMOVAL
PROCEDURE
REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM COVER

Protective Tape
Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 claws and remove the windshield wiper arm cover.
Tip:Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY

Secondary Arm Rod
Disconnect the secondary arm rod as shown in the illustration.

Remove the nut and front wiper arm and blade assembly.

REMOVE FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL LH

Disengage the 2 claws.

Disengage the claw and guide and remove the front fender to cowl side seal LH as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

REMOVE FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL RH
Tip:Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SIDE AIR GUIDE (w/ Side Air Guide)

Disengage the guide and remove the front No. 2 side air guide as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

REMOVE FRONT SIDE AIR GUIDE (w/ Side Air Guide)

Disengage the guide and remove the front side air guide as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Remove the 2 clips.
Disconnect the washer hose.
Using a screwdriver, disengage the 5 claws and 3 guides as shown in the illustration.

Tip:Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
Disengage the 8 guides and remove the cowl top ventilator louver sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
REMOVE FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

Disengage the clamp.
Remove the 2 bolts.

Motor Grommet
Disengage the motor grommet as shown in the illustration and remove the front wiper motor and link assembly.
Note:Be careful not to damage the windshield glass when removing the front wiper motor and link assembly.

Disconnect the connector.
