FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

    1. w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

      Note:

      Before installing the front seat inner belt assembly, install the wire harness according to the following procedure.

      1. B373194

        Insert the wire harness of the front seat inner belt assembly into the seat frame hole as shown in the illustration.

      2. Engage the 2 clamps.

      3. Install a new wire harness clamp.

      4. for Front Passenger Side:

        1. Connect the connector.

      Protruding Part

      Using a T50 "TORX" socket wrench, install the front seat inner belt assembly with the wave washer and bolt.

      25 N*m

      255 kgf*cm

      18 ft.*lbf

      Note:

      Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster.

  2. CONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (w/ Seat Belt Warning System)
