VACUUM PUMP(for 1KD-FTV, 2KD-FTV) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK OPERATION OF CHECK VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    *b Hose Side
    *c Vacuum Pump Side

    1. Check that air flows from the hose side to the vacuum pump side.

    2. Check that air does not flow from the vacuum pump side to the hose side.

      If necessary, replace the check valve sub-assembly.

  2. CHECK VACUUM PUMP HOUSING

    1. Check the inside surface of the vacuum pump housing for scoring.

      If necessary, replace the vacuum pump assembly.
