PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      *2 Rear No. 2 Seat Strap RH

      Disengage the fastener.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips and 4 claws.

    3. Disengage the 3 guides and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly RH.

    4. Pull out the rear No. 2 seat strap RH from the rear seatback board sub-assembly RH.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 3 headrest support assembly RH.

  4. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION LOCK RELEASE LEVER ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws.

      Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the seat cushion lock release lever assembly RH.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. A005A43

      Disengage the 11 hooks and remove the No. 2 seatback cover with pad RH.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

    2. A0059NO

      Remove the 9 hog rings and No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly RH from the No. 2 seatback pad sub-assembly RH.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Disengage the fastener.

    2. Disengage the 2 clips and 4 claws.

    3. Disengage the 3 guides and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

    4. Pull out the rear No. 2 seat strap LH from the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 3 headrest support assembly LH.

  9. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION LOCK RELEASE LEVER ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws.

      Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the seat cushion lock release lever assembly LH.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

      Disengage the 11 hooks and remove the No. 2 seatback cover with pad LH.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

      Remove the 9 hog rings and No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH from the No. 2 seatback pad sub-assembly LH.

  12. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER RH

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the rear No. 1 seat cushion hinge cover RH (outer).

    2. A005DGA

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the rear No. 1 seat cushion hinge cover RH (inner).

  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 4 bolts and rear No. 2 seat cushion assembly RH.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING SPACER RH

      Remove the 4 rear seat reclining spacers RH.

  15. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH

      Disengage 2 fasteners and 7 hooks, and remove the No. 2 seat cushion cover with pad RH from the No. 2 seat cushion frame RH.

  16. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. A005BU1

      Remove the 7 hog rings and No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly RH from the No. 2 seat cushion pad sub-assembly RH.

  17. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the rear No. 1 seat cushion hinge cover LH (outer).

    2. A005BSR

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the rear No. 1 seat cushion hinge cover LH (inner).

  18. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 4 bolts and rear No. 2 seat cushion assembly LH.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING SPACER LH

      Remove the 4 rear seat reclining spacers LH.

  20. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD LH

  21. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

      Remove the 7 hog rings and No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH from the No. 2 seat cushion pad sub-assembly LH.

  22. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

      Disengage the claw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the reclining adjuster cover RH as shown in the illustration.

  23. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Disengage the claw.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the reclining adjuster cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER


    1. Using a screwdriver with its tips wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws <A>.

    3. Disengage the 2 claws <C> and remove the rear seat cushion under cover.

  25. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 seat reclining cover RH.

  26. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the No. 2 seat reclining cover LH.

  27. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the nut and 2 bolts, and No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH from the No. 2 seat leg.

  28. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the nut and 2 bolts, and No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly LH from the No. 2 seat leg.

  29. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the seat belt wire harness.

    3. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seatback hinge cover.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear No. 3 seat reclining cover RH.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear No. 3 seat reclining cover LH.

  36. REMOVE SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY RH

      Disengage the 2 cable clamps and remove the seat track control cable assembly RH.

  37. REMOVE SEAT TRACK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY LH
