1KD-FTV VACUUM PUMP INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT CHECK VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B007QTYE01

      Check that air flows from the hose side to the vacuum pump side.

    2. Check that air does not flow from the vacuum pump side to the hose side.

      If necessary, replace the check valve sub-assembly.

  2. INSPECT VACUUM PUMP HOUSING


    1. B007PZJ

      Check the inside surface of the vacuum pump housing for scoring.

      If necessary, replace the vacuum pump.
