AIR CONDITIONING PANEL(except Automatic Air Conditioning System) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 clips.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. E295337

      Disconnect the air mix damper control cable sub-assembly.

      1. Disengage the clamp.

      2. Disconnect the air mix damper control cable sub-assembly from the control lever.

    4. E295336

      Disconnect the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly (w/ cooler system).

      1. Disengage the clamp.

      2. Disconnect the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly from the control lever.

    5. E295335

      Disconnect the defroster damper control cable sub-assembly.

      1. Disengage the clamp.

      2. Disconnect the defroster damper control cable sub-assembly from the control lever.

    6. Remove the air conditioning control assembly.
