COOLING FAN MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FAN SHROUD WITH FAN

    Click here

  2. REMOVE COOLING FAN ECU


    1. A01HJGH

      Disconnect the connector from the cooling fan ECU.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and cooling fan ECU.

    3. A01HGOO

      Disconnect the connector from the No. 2 cooling fan ECU.

    4. Remove the 2 screws and No. 2 cooling fan ECU.

  3. REMOVE FAN


    1. A01HIXK

      Remove the nut and fan.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 FAN


    1. A01HFIS

      Remove the nut and No. 2 fan.

  5. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. A01HJ92

      Detach the 3 clamps.

    2. A01HFIM

      Remove the 3 screws and cooling fan motor.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. A01HHSQ

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the cooling fan motor insulator from the fan shroud.

    3. A01HHEH

      Detach the 6 clamps.

    4. A01HIH4

      Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 cooling fan motor.
