GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 1 GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER BRACKET

   1. Install the No. 1 glow plug controller bracket to the glow plug controller with the 2 screws.

      3.0 N*m

      31 kgf*cm

      27 in.*lbf

2. INSTALL GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER

   1. Install the glow plug controller together with the No. 1 glow plug controller bracket to the vehicle body with the 2 bolts.

      20 N*m

      204 kgf*cm

      15 ft.*lbf

   2. Connect the 4 glow plug controller connectors.

3. CONNECT FRONT FENDER LINER LH

   1. Connect the front fender liner LH with the 2 clips.

   2. Install the 2 screws.

   3.

      *b	Incorrect

      Install the pin hold clip as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

4. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL LH

   103 N*m

   1050 kgf*cm

   76 ft.*lbf

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note:

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
