BLOWER UNIT REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A005BDJ

      Install the blower motor with fan sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

      Note

      Do not reuse the blower motor with fan sub-assembly if it has been damaged or received an impact.

  2. INSTALL AIR REFINER ELEMENT


    1. A005BGX

      Install the air refiner element as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE


    1. A005E9V

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the claw to install the air filter case as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A005CGZ

      Install the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
