  1. FUNCTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS


    1. The main components of the audio system have the following functions:

      Component Function
      Audio Head Unit Operates the respective functions in accordance with the signals from the switches.
      No.1 Stereo Jack Adapter Assembly Transmits information about the portable audio player connected to the USB port or AUX port to the audio head unit.
      Steering Pad Switch Assembly Sends operation signals from switches such as the mode switch, volume switch and seek switch, to the spiral cable sub-assembly.
      Spiral Cable Sub-assembly Sends operation signals from the steering pad switch assembly to the audio head unit.

      1. The No.1 stereo jack adapter assembly is located inside the front console box cover.
