ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL RH

  2. REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

  3. REMOVE ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR

    1. A340640

      Disconnect the engine oil temperature sensor connector.

    2. Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, remove the engine oil temperature sensor from the timing chain cover sub-assembly.

      Note:

      If an engine oil temperature sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it.

    3. Remove the gasket from the engine oil temperature sensor.
