  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. The shape of the connecting rod sub-assembly has been optimized. Also, steel optimized for strength is used for the connecting rod sub-assembly. As a result, weight reduction and reliability have been achieved, quietness has been improved and friction has been reduced.

    2. A small end bushing, which uses a material that can withstand high pressures, is used to improve reliability.

    3. Plastic region tightening bolts are used on the connecting rod.

    4. A solid lubrication overlay is used inside the connecting rod bearing on the upper side to ensure reliability and friction reduction, supporting the high pressures inside the cylinders that result during supercharging.

    5. Lead-free materials have been used for the connecting rod sub-assembly, small end bushing, connecting rod bearing and connecting rod bolt in consideration of environmental issues.
