WATER PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL ELECTRIC WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the electric water pump assembly to the fan shroud with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

2. CONNECT NO. 2 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 2 intercooler cooling water hose to the electric water pump assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

3. CONNECT NO. 5 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose to the electric water pump assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

   2. Connect the electric water pump assembly connector.

4. ADD COOLANT (for Intercooler)

5. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Intercooler)

6. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
