  1. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD

    Click here

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD

    Click here

  5. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

    Click here

  6. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH

  7. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)

  8. REMOVE BACK DOOR SCUFF PLATE

    Click here

  9. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE

  10. DISCONNECT REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP


    1. Disconnect the rear door opening trim weatherstrip.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK TRIM COVER

  12. REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY

  13. REMOVE FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER

  14. REMOVE NO. 2 CUP HOLDER (for LH Side)

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 CUP HOLDER (for RH Side)

  16. DISCONNECT REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  17. DISCONNECT REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Lower Side)

  18. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

  19. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY

  21. REMOVE QUARTER WINDOW ASSEMBLY

      *1 Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape to the outer surface of the vehicle body to prevent scratches.

      *1 Piano Wire

      Pass a piano wire between the vehicle body and glass from the interior as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Ensure not to interfere with the clips when passing the piano wire.

    3. Tie both wire ends to wooden blocks or similar objects that can serve as handles.

      Note

      When separating the quarter window assembly from the vehicle, be careful not to damage the paint or interior and exterior ornaments.

    4. Cut off the adhesive by pulling the piano wire around the quarter window assembly.

      Note

      Leave as much adhesive on the vehicle body as possible when cutting through the adhesive.

      Disengage the 3 clips.

    6. Using suction cups, remove the glass.

      Note

      Be careful not to drop the glass.

  22. CLEAN VEHICLE BODY

      Clean and shape the contact surfaces of the vehicle body.


      1. Using a knife, cut away excess adhesive on the contact surfaces of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

        Note

        Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

        Tech Tips

        Leave as much adhesive on the vehicle body as possible.

    2. Clean the contact surfaces of the vehicle body with a piece of cloth saturated with cleaner.

      Tech Tips

      Even if all the adhesive has been removed, clean the vehicle body.
