OPERATION

1. Mode Position and Damper Operation

   

   Control Door	Operation Position		Door Position	Operation
   Air Inlet Control Door*1	FRESH		A, C*2	Brings in fresh air.
   			A, D*3	Brings in fresh air. (with partial recirculation)
   	RECIRC		B, D*3	Recirculates internal air.
   Air Mix Control Door	HOT to COOL		E to F to G	Varies the mixture ratio of the cool air and the warm air in order to regulate the temperature continuously from HOT to COLD.
   Mode Control Door		FACE	J, K	Air blows out of the center register and side registers.
   		BI-LEVEL	I, K	Air blows out of the center register, side registers, and front and rear footwell register ducts.
   		FOOT	H, L	Air blows out of the front and rear footwell register ducts and side registers. In addition, air blows out slightly from the defroster.
   		FOOT/DEF	I, L	Defrosts the windshield through the defroster and side registers, while air is also blown out from the front and rear footwell register ducts.
   		FOOT/DEF/FACE	I, L	Air blows out of the front and rear footwell register ducts, defroster and side registers.
   		DEF	J, L	Defrosts the windshield through the defroster and side registers.
