PCV VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH ELEMENT

  2. REMOVE VENTILATION HOSE

    1. A426661

      Slide the 2 clips and remove the ventilation hose from the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) and cylinder head cover sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE PCV VALVE (VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY)

      PCV Valve (Ventilation Valve Sub-assembly)

      Remove the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE VENTILATION SYSTEM GROMMET

    1. Remove the ventilation system grommet from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.
