REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ACTUATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER BUSHING

      *b Stopper
      B006AHR Front of the Vehicle
      B006EC9 Outside of the Vehicle

      Install the 2 rear stabilizer bushings to the outside of the stoppers on the rear active stabilizer control actuator assembly.

      Note

      Be sure to install the rear stabilizer bushings so that each cutout faces the front of the vehicle.

  2. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BRACKET LH

      Install the rear No. 1 stabilizer bar bracket LH to the rear stabilizer bushing.

      Note

      Be sure to install the rear No. 1 stabilizer bar bracket LH so that each arrow mark faces the front of the vehicle.

  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BRACKET RH

    Tech Tips

    Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. INSTALL REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. B006F18N02

      Install the rear active stabilizer control actuator assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      51 N*m  { 520 kgf*cm, 38 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Temporarily tighten the bolt (A), (B) and then fully tighten the 4 bolts in the order of (C), (D), (A), and (B).

    2. Engage the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness.

  5. TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH

  6. TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.
