SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY

   1. 

      Install the shift lever assembly with the 4 nuts.

      12 N*m

      122 kgf*cm

      9 ft.*lbf

2. INSTALL TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

   1. 

      Attach the 2 claws and connect the control cable assembly to the shift lever assembly.

      Note:

      Make sure that the claws are firmly engaged.

   2. 

      Connect the control shift cable to the shift lever assembly.

   3. Connect the control select cable to the shift lever assembly.

3. ADJUST CONTROL SELECT CABLE

   1. Adjust the control select cable (Click here).

4. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

5. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

6. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

7. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

8. INSTALL SHIFTING HOLE COVER

9. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

10. INSTALL STEREO OPENING COVER WITH BRACKET (w/o Audio)

11. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Audio)
