PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (AUTOMATIC HIGH BEAM SWITCH)

      Component without harness connected

      (Integration Control and Panel Assembly (Automatic High Beam Switch))

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (+B) - 10 (E) Integration control and panel assembly (automatic high beam switch) off 1 MΩ or higher
      Integration control and panel assembly (automatic high beam switch) on Below 100 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly (automatic high beam switch).

    2. Illumination Inspection


      1. Apply battery voltage to the integration control and panel assembly (automatic high beam switch) and check that the switch illuminates.

        OK
        Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 7 (ILL+)

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 12 (ILL-)

        		 Illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly (automatic high beam switch).
