RADIATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 5 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 clamps to connect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose to the fan shroud assembly.

   2. Connect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose from water hose joint and slide the clip to secure it.

2. INSTALL NO. 6 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE

   
   

   1. Engage the clamp to connect the No. 6 intercooler cooling water hose to the fan shroud assembly.

   2. Connect the No. 6 intercooler cooling water hose to water hose joint and slide the clip to secure it.

3. INSTALL INTERCOOLER COOLING RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the intercooler cooling radiator assembly to the radiator assembly and fan shroud assembly.

   2. Connect the No. 6 intercooler cooling water hose to the intercooler cooling radiator assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

   3. Engage the 2 claws.

4. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY AND FAN SHROUD ASSEMBLY

5. INSTALL INTERCOOLER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 claws and install the intercooler reserve tank assembly to the fan shroud assembly.

   2. Connect the No. 2 intercooler cooling water hose to the intercooler reserve tank assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

   3. Connect the No. 1 intercooler cooling water hose to the intercooler reserve tank assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

6. ADD COOLANT (for Intercooler)

7. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Intercooler)

8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
