FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY(for Double Cab) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK RETAINER

    B0069FO Install in this Direction

    1. Install a new fuel filler opening lid lock retainer as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

      Attach the claw to install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer as shown in the illustration.

    2. Attach the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to each clamp as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the grommet to the vehicle body.

  3. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

      Attach the claw to install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer as shown in the illustration.

    2. Attach the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to each clamp as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the grommet to the vehicle body.

  4. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

      Attach the claw to install the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly.

  5. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

      Attach the claw to install the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly.

  6. INSTALL REAR WHEEL HOUSE LINER LH


    1. Install the rear wheel house liner LH.

  7. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the front floor carpet assembly.

  8. INSTALL LOWER QUARTER TRIM PANEL LH
