AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION (for RHD)

  2. REMOVE SERVICE PLUG GRIP (for RHD)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE CONNECTOR COVER ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

    Click here

  4. CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE (for RHD)

    Click here

  5. INSTALL CONNECTOR COVER ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

    Click here

  6. REMOVE INVERTER MOTOR CABLE BRACKET ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

    Click here

  7. REMOVE INVERTER TERMINAL COVER (for RHD)

    Click here

  8. DISCONNECT MOTOR CABLE (for RHD)

    Click here

  9. DISCONNECT GENERATOR CABLE (for RHD)

    Click here

  10. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

      *1 Wire Harness Clamp Bracket

      Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp and remove the wire harness clamp bracket from the air fuel ratio sensor.

      Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly.

      Note

      If the air fuel ratio sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it.
