EXHAUST MANIFOLD REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY W/ TRANSAXLE

  2. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (Sensor 1)

  3. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (Sensor 2)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD

      Remove the nut from the exhaust manifold.

    2. A324990

      Remove the 4 nuts and exhaust manifold from the cylinder head sub-assembly.

    3. Remove the exhaust manifold to head gasket from the cylinder head sub-assembly.
