AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE SENSOR

   1. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the air conditioning pressure sensor.

      Compressor oil

      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

   2. Install the O-ring to the air conditioning pressure sensor.

   3. Install the air conditioning pressure sensor.

      11 N*m

      110 kgf*cm

      8 ft.*lbf

   4. Connect the connector.

2. CHARGE REFRIGERANT

3. WARM UP ENGINE

   Click here

4. CHECK FOR REFRIGERANT GAS LEAK

   Click here

5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

   1. Install the radiator grille (Click here).

6. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
