PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL GENERATOR BRACKET (w/ Air Conditioning System)

    1. Install the generator bracket with the 4 bolts.

      20 N*m

      204 kgf*cm

      15 ft.*lbf

  2. INSTALL GENERATOR BRACKET (w/ Air Conditioning System)

    1. Install the generator bracket with the 2 bolts.

      20 N*m

      204 kgf*cm

      15 ft.*lbf

  3. INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY (w/ Air Conditioning System)

    1. Using an 8 mm hexagon socket, install the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly with the bolt.

      40 N*m

      408 kgf*cm

      30 ft.*lbf

  4. INSTALL GENERATOR BRACKET (w/o Air Conditioning System)

    1. Install the generator bracket with the 4 bolts.

      20 N*m

      204 kgf*cm

      15 ft.*lbf

  5. INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY (w/o Air Conditioning System)

    1. Using an 8 mm hexagon socket, install the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly with the bolt.

      40 N*m

      408 kgf*cm

      30 ft.*lbf

    2. Install the generator pulley roller protection.
