HEATER FUEL PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE WATER GUARD PLATE LH

3. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER AIR DUCT SPLASH SHIELD SEAL

   for Sedan:Click hereClick hereClick here

   for Hatchback, Wagon:Click hereClick hereClick here

4. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL

   for Sedan:Click hereClick hereClick here

   for Hatchback, Wagon:Click hereClick hereClick here

5. REMOVE HEATER PUMP ASSEMBLY (for 1ND-TV)

   1. Disconnect the connector.

   2. 

      Using pliers, grip the claws of the clips and slide the 2 clips and disconnect the 2 fuel hoses.

   3. Remove the nut and heater pump assembly.

6. REMOVE HEATER PUMP ASSEMBLY (for 1WW)

   1. Disconnect the connector.

   2. 

      Using pliers, grip the claws of the clips and slide the 2 clips and disconnect the 2 fuel hoses.

   3. Remove the nut and heater pump assembly.

7. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER PROTECTOR PIPE

   1. 

      Remove the No. 1 heater protector pipe.

8. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER PROTECTOR PIPE

   1. 

      Remove the No. 2 heater protector pipe.
