CLUTCH SYSTEM


  1. OUTLINE


    1. A dry type single plate clutch, which is operated by hydraulic pressure, is used.

    2. A low-peak effort clutch type clutch cover is used on models with a 1GD-FTV high version or 2GD-FTV high version engine.

    3. A resin clutch master cylinder is used. Also, on models with the intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT) system, an integrated clutch stroke sensor type master cylinder assembly is used.

    4. A clutch accumulator assembly is used on diesel engine models.

    5. A clutch pedal with turnover spring is used on models with a 1GD-FTV, 2GD-FTV, 1KD-FTV or 2KD-FTV high version engine.

    6. A clutch start system is used.
