  • Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT GASKET LH


    1. A004IW0

      Remove the rear combination light gasket LH.

      Note


      • Be sure to remove all the traces of the old rear combination light gasket from the rear combination light lens and body LH.

      • Do not reuse the removed packing. Be sure to install a new rear combination light gasket to prevent water ingress.

  2. REMOVE REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. A004HLQ

      Turn the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly with the rear turn signal light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, and remove them as a unit.

    2. Remove the rear turn signal light bulb from the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR SIDE MARKER LIGHT BULB (w/ Side Marker Light)


    1. A004JXH

      Turn the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly with the rear side marker light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, and remove them as a unit.

    2. Remove the rear side marker light bulb from the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A004HLZ

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. A004HQD

      Disengage the 2 clamps to remove the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.
