REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT LENS AND BODY LH

      Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the rear combination light assembly LH.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Pull the rear combination light assembly LH towards the rear of the vehicle to detach the pin and guide and disconnect it.

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      Unlock Position Mark

      Turn the rear turn signal light bulb socket counterclockwise until the matchmark is aligned with the unlock position mark to disconnect the rear turn signal light bulb socket.

    6. Detach the wire harness clamp.

  2. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT LED

    1. E338915

      Using a T20H "TORX" screwdriver, remove the "TORX" screw.

      Unlock Position Mark

      Turn the rear combination light LED counterclockwise until the matchmark is aligned with the unlock position mark to remove the rear combination light LED.

  3. REMOVE REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

      Remove the rear turn signal light bulb from the bulb socket.
