FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Hi-back Seat Type) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT WITH ADJUSTER FRAME ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

  3. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

  4. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

  5. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

  6. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK PAD

  7. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad with 5 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  8. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

  9. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD

  10. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. B007RHHE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front cushion cover to the separate type front cushion pad with 7 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  11. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  12. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      for Driver side:


      1. Install the 3 clamps.

    3. B007PCM

      for Passenger side:


      1. Install the 5 clamps.

      2. Connect the connector.

  14. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1 LH

  15. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE
