REPLACE CONNECTING ROD SMALL END BUSH
Using SST and a press, press out the bushing.
Using a round file, lightly file off any roughness from the small end of the connecting rod.
Attach a new bush to SST with the ball of SST inside the oil hole of the bush.
Align the oil holes of the bush and connecting rod.
Using SST and a press, press in the bush.
Using a pin hole grinder, hone the bush to obtain the standard clearance between the bush and piston pin.
Check the piston pin fit at normal room temperature.
Coat the piston pin with engine oil, and push it into the connecting rod with your thumb.
REPLACE OIL PUMP SEAL
Using a screwdriver, pry out the oil seal.
Using SST and a hammer, tap in a new oil seal until its surface is flush with the timing belt case edge.
Apply MP grease to the lip of the oil seal.
REPLACE ENGINE REAR OIL SEAL
Using a screwdriver and hammer, tap out the oil seal.
Using SST and a hammer, tap in a new oil seal until its surface is flush with the rear oil seal retainer edge.
Apply MP grease to the lip of the oil seal lip.
