SELECT STROKE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL SELECT STROKE SENSOR

    1. Coat a new O-ring with MP grease and install it to the select stroke sensor.

      Sensor Arm (Select Stroke Sensor Side)

      Temporarily install the select stroke sensor with the select stroke sensor side and shift and select actuator assembly side sensor arms in the positions shown in the illustration.

    3. Turn the select stroke sensor clockwise and install it with the 2 screws.

      1.3 N*m

      13 kgf*cm

      12 in.*lbf

    4. Connect the select stroke sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
