SUB RADIATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER UPPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR UPPER AIR GUIDE PLATE

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  6. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter Coolant)

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR SUPPORT

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 FAN SHROUD

  9. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for Inverter Coolant)

    1. C346016

      Slide the hose clamp, and disconnect the No. 5 inverter cooling hose and No. 2 inverter cooling hose assembly from the radiator assembly (for inverter coolant).

      Note:
      • After disconnecting the water hose, plug the water hose and the pipe of the radiator assembly (for inverter coolant) with vinyl tape, etc. to prevent foreign matter from entering the cooling path.

      • Do not apply excessive force to the water hose.

      Tip:

      Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts and radiator assembly (for inverter coolant) from the cooler condenser assembly.

    3. Remove the 2 radiator support cushions.
