HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight) REMOVAL

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (for Standard Body)

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the radiator grille.

    2. B007R41

      Remove the 4 clips and 2 screws.

    3. Detach the 8 claws and remove the radiator grille.

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for Wide Body)

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

    1. for Standard Body:


      1. Put protective tape around the headlight assembly LH.

        *1 Protective Tape

      2. Remove the 2 screws.

      3. Detach the guide and pin.

      4. Disconnect each connector and remove the headlight assembly LH.

      1. Put protective tape around the headlight assembly LH.

      4. Disconnect each connector and remove the headlight assembly LH.
