TAIL GATE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE TAIL GATE STAY ASSEMBLY

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both tail gate stay assemblies.

      Remove the 2 screws and tail gate stay assembly.

  2. REMOVE TAIL GATE SEAL PLATE RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

      Detach the guide and remove the tail gate seal plate RH.

  3. REMOVE REAR BODY TAIL GATE ASSEMBLY

      Detach the claw and disconnect the connector.

    2. Pull out the wire harness from the vehicle body.

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear body tail gate assembly.
