CLUTCH PEDAL(for LHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL

  2. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING

      Remove the clutch pedal spring from the clutch pedal sub-assembly and brake pedal support sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and brake pedal shaft.

    2. Remove the clutch pedal sub-assembly and brake pedal sub-assembly from the brake pedal support assembly.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL BUSHING

      Remove the 2 clutch pedal bushings from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR

    1. C304463

      Remove the clutch pedal shaft collar from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL BUSHING

      Remove the 2 brake pedal bushings from the brake pedal sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR

      Remove the brake pedal shaft collar from the brake pedal sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION

      Remove the No. 1 clutch pedal cushion from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD

      Remove the clutch pedal pad from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.
