MONITOR DESCRIPTION
These DTCs are stored when a malfunction is detected in the air pressure sensor assembly circuit. If there is an open or short in the air pressure sensor assembly circuit when the ignition switch is turned to ON, the ECM will illuminate the MIL and store a DTC.

PROCEDURE
CHECK ANY OTHER DTCS OUTPUT (IN ADDITION TO DTC P0107 AND/OR P0108)
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the GTS on.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.
Check for DTCs.
Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes

DTC P0106, P0107 and/or P0108 is output
A
DTC P0107 and/or P0108 and other DTCs are output
B
Tip:If DTC P0107 and/or P0108 and P0562, P0563 or P0658 are output simultaneously, troubleshoot for DTC P0562, P0563 or P0658 first.
READ VALUE USING GTS (MEASURING OF THE INLET PRESSURE)
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the GTS on.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Data List / Measuring of the Inlet Pressure.
Powertrain > Engine > Data List
Tester Display
Measuring of the Inlet Pressure
Read the value while ignition switch is ON and engine running.

Same value as the actual atmospheric pressure
Idling with warm engine
20 to 40 kPa
Tip:Standard atmospheric pressure is 101 kPa(abs) [758 mmHg(abs)]. For every 100 m (328 ft.) increase in altitude, atmospheric pressure drops by approximately 1 kPa (7.5 mmHg). The pressure also varies due to the weather (high atmospheric pressure, low atmospheric pressure).
Check "Atmospheric Pressure" in the Data List.
