FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Center Seat) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK PAD

  3. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK COVER CENTER

      Using hog ring pliers, install the front seatback cover center to the center seatback pad with 3 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  7. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER UPPER RH

  8. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER UPPER LH

  9. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION PAD

  10. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using hog ring pliers, install the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the center seat cushion pad with 12 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  11. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

      Install the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly with pad with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  12. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER RH

  13. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH

  14. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE
