AIRBAG CUT-OFF SWITCH INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the front passenger side of RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedures listed below are for the front passenger side of LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL AIRBAG CUT OFF SWITCH CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 2 claws to install the airbag cut off switch cylinder sub-assembly.

  2. CONNECT CABLE TO AUXILIARY BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

    Note:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE COVER
