HYBRID TRANSAXLE SYSTEM


  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. A gate type shift lever that uses a transmission control cable is used.

    2. The shift control mechanism consists of a shift lever assembly, a shift lever knob and a transmission control cable assembly.

    3. The shift lever assembly consists of a transmission control switch, a shift lock solenoid and a shift lock control ECU.

    4. The shift lever used is a 5-position (P, R, N, D and S) gate type lever. The gate type shift lever operates on the single-shift operation principle (fore-aft and side-to-side). Therefore, it does not require the use of a shift lever button, which is used on a straight type shift lever, and excels in ease of use.
