ENGINE UNIT DETAILS OIL PAN

  1. CONSTRUCTION

    1. An inner oil pan, which separates the engine oil flow between the inner and outer portions of the oil pan, is integrated inside the oil pan sub-assembly.

    2. During engine warm-up, the engine oil in the inner oil pan is used more often, quickly warming up the oil itself and improving fuel efficiency.

    3. While the engine is stopped, the engine oil flows through the through holes, which are provided to circulate engine oil between the inner oil pan and oil pan sub-assembly, ensuring engine oil durability. In addition, a float valve is provided to ensure replacement of the engine oil in the inner oil pan during maintenance.
