HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP

    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. for Hatchback, Wagon:

      1. Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH with the 2 screws.

        Connector Lock

        Connect the headlight cleaner hose and lock the connector lock as shown in the illustration.

    2. for Sedan:

      1. Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH with the 2 screws.

        Connector Lock

        Connect the headlight cleaner hose and lock the connector lock as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER LH (for Hatchback, Wagon)

  7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER RH (for Hatchback, Wagon)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH (for Sedan)
