PRECAUTION FOR DISCONNECTING CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Note
After the engine switch is turned off, the radio receiver assembly records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, make sure to wait at least 85 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following systems after the cable is reconnected.

PRECAUTION FOR AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM
Note
When replacing the radio receiver assembly or navigation ECU, always replace it with a new one. If a radio receiver assembly or navigation ECU which was installed to another vehicle is used, the following may occur:
A communication malfunction DTC may be stored.
The radio receiver assembly or navigation ECU may not operate normally.
After replacing the radio receiver assembly, if "New software is not compatible with the system. Contact your dealer." is displayed on the multi-display, update the software of the navigation ECU.
After replacing the navigation ECU, if "New software is not compatible with the system. Contact your dealer." is displayed on the multi-display, update the software of the radio receiver assembly.
