CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH DUCT

    Click here

  2. REMOVE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

    1. A426007

      Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector.

    2. A426008

      Remove the bolt and crankshaft position sensor from the timing chain cover sub-assembly.

      Note:

      If the crankshaft position sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it.
