BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

    Tech Tips

    Wait for 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent the airbag working

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE AIR DUCT NO.2

      Release the 2 claws and remove the air duct No.2.

  5. REMOVE BLOWER UNIT

      for RHD:


      1. Remove the 2 nuts and junction block.

    2. B007ULZ

      for Narrow Body:


      1. Remove the nut and junction block.

    3. B007QACE02

      Remove the 3 clamps and 2 connectors, and then disconnect the wire harness.

    4. for LHD, w/ PTC:


      1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

        Disconnect the 3 connectors.

    6. Remove the 4 bolts and the blower unit.

      1. Remove the screw and wire harness.

        Detach the clamp.
