VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (for DPF) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (for EGR Bypass Valve)


    1. Install the vacuum switching valve to the manifold stay with the screw.

      Torque:
      3.5 N*m  { 36 kgf*cm, 31 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL MANIFOLD STAY WITH VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE


    1. Install the manifold stay with vacuum switching valve with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

      *1 No. 2 Vacuum Transmitting Hose
      *2 White Paint Mark

      Connect the connector and 2 No. 2 vacuum transmitting hoses and attach the 2 clamps as shown in the illustration.
