LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR ASSIST GRIP


    1. A004RB6

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. A004TRZ

      Remove the 2 screws and assist grip.

  2. REMOVE DOOR ASSIST GRIP


    1. A004TRHE01

      Pull the assist grip in the direction shown by the arrow labeled (1) to disconnect the grip.

    2. Pull out the assist grip to remove it.

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER


    1. A004NFS

      Using a clip remover, remove the 10 clips and cover.

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 WIRING HARNESS PROTECTOR


    1. A004T8D

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

    2. A004QB6

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 8 claws and remove the No. 13 wiring harness protector and No. 3 wiring harness protector.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 WIRING HARNESS PROTECTOR


    1. A004RML

      Detach the claw and remove the cable lever.

    2. A004NAI

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip and protector.

    3. A004O7V

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 8 claws and remove the No. 12 wiring harness protector and No. 2 wiring harness protector.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using a clip remover, remove the 6 clamps and cable sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear View Monitor System)
